Pasta Runs in Our Family
This new adventure started 2 years ago when Vittorio Gallinari and Mario Petit decided to join forces to bring a True Taste of Italy to Denver. They finally found the perfect spot in 2019 - Cherry Creek North at
185 Fillmore Street.
Our mission is to offer freshly prepared delicious Italian dishes to our guests! We offer an authentic Italian experience combined with casual, friendly hospitality, for which our country, Italy, is famous.
Our hot Italian dishes and our Italian buffet selections are available for lunch and for dinner.
"Al Dente as we like it"
Mario Petit was born and raised in Florence. His passion for food started at an early age, learning cooking skills that had been passed down in his family from generation to generation. He also began his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence at the age of 18. For Mario, his cooking is a fusion of fine art and culinary skills, exploring the best combinations for the dishes he creates. His focus is on original Florentine flavors.
Vittorio began his professional basketball career at 18 years of age in Milano, Italy. He played mostly in Milano, Bologna and in Verona until he was 34 years old.
He was known in Europe as the best defense player in the game. He was also known as "Gallo", which is also his NBA player son, Danilo Gallinari's basketball nickname.
Danilo played for the Nuggets and is known as one of the more talented players in the League. He is currently playing for the Oklahoma Thunder
Vittorio is always at Pasta Pasta Pasta mingling with the guests. You can't miss him as he is 6 feet 9 inches tall!!!
His love for Denver has brought him to the Mile High City where he is now the owner of Pasta Pasta Pasta.
